Holly Corporation purchases Sunoco's Tulsa Oklahoma refinery

 To our valued customers of Sunoco Process Oils,

On Thursday, April 16th it was announced that Holly Corporation(www.hollycorp.com) purchased Sunoco's Tulsa Oklahoma refinery. This is the refinery from which all of the Sunoco process oils which R.E. Carroll Inc. sell originate from.

As there has been much speculation as to the status and even some talk of the shutdown of this refinery, we wish to assure you that R.E. Carroll Inc. does not anticipate any interruption in the manufacture, supply or distribution of the Sunoco process oils as a result of this sale.
