HollyFrontier Corporation was formed in 2011 by the merger of Holly Corporation and Frontier Oil Corporation. In April 2009, Holly Corporation purchased the former Sunoco Tulsa, OK Refinery as well as the Process Oil Product Trade Names including Sundex® (Aromatic), Sunpar® (Paraffinic) and Hydrolene® (Asphalt Modification) products.

Today's HollyFrontier Corporation is the culmination of over 60 years of refining crude oil into high value products, including an internationally recognized lubricant product line. HollyFrontier Lubricants and Specialty Products LLC is an independent petroleum refiner and marketer that produces specialty products including Paraffinic and Aromatic Process oils. HollyFrontier is a pioneer in the development of Rubber Process Oils with its trademark Sunpar® paraffinic, Sundex® aromatic and Circosol® product lines. HollyFrontier also operates a state of the art rubber laboratory at their Tulsa, OK refinery to support their customers. HollyFrontier has total refining capacity of 450,000 barrels per day through 5 refineries in the U.S.

In addition, HollyFrontier operates from twelve regional terminals: Richmond, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Atlanta, GA; Lexington, NC; Houston, TX; New Orleans, LA; Hammond , IN; Barberton, OH; Cleveland, OH; Toledo, OH; Baltimore, MD and North Haven, CT. R.E. Carroll Inc. is proud to have represented HollyFrontier Lubricants and Specialty Products including the Sundex®, Sunpar® and Hydrolene® product lines for over 40 years. Many of these products are the del-facto standard for use in compounds for the rubber parts manufacturing industry.

In addition to the Rubber Process Oils, HollyFrontier offers Dust Control Agents (Sun DCA®), Defoamer Oils (Sun FCA®), Heat Transfer Oils (Sun Heat®), and Coating Oils (Suncoat®).
